Cancellations

Customers can cancel their booking at any time. Cancellations must be received in writing. If you cancel your tour booking the following will apply:  

Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the departure date are subject to a cancellation fee of the initial 20% per person booking deposit.

Cancellations received between 59-40days are subject to a fee of 30% of the total tour cost,
39-14 days are subject to a fee of 50% of the total tour costs.

If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to departure date the full 100% of the tour cost is payable and no exceptions to the above can be made. You may however provide a substitute person. Please look into Cancellation insurance, it is highly recommended.

PMA is not required to give any refunds once tour has started regardless of the reason for the participant/s being unable to complete the tour.  No refunds are payable on any unused accommodation, meals, motorcycle, or any part of the tour, which is unused. A good travel insurance policy is highly recommended.

In the unlikely event PMA have to cancel a fully guided tour, your monies paid will be refunded in full. PMA reserve the right to cancel any tour up to three weeks before the start of the tour. In this case PMA will give you the opportunity of placement in any other tours.
